Buckwheat Porridge



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
1 cup buckwheat groats, rinsed  
¼ cup raisins  
3 cups rice milk  
1 banana, peeled and sliced  
½ teaspoon vanilla extract  

Directions:
1- Put buckwheat in your pressure cooker,add raisins, milk, banana and vanilla, stir a bit, cover and cook on High for 6 minutes.  
2- Divide buckwheat porridge into 2 bowls and serve for breakfast.
