Pumpkin Oatmeal



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
2 cups water  
½  cup steel cut oats  
½  cup pumpkin puree  
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder  
½ teaspoon allspice  
½ teaspoon vanilla extract  

For the topping:
2 tablespoons pecans, chopped  
3 tablespoons brown sugar  
½ tablespoon cinnamon powder  

Directions:
1- In your pressure cooker, mix water with steel cut oats, pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, allspice and vanilla, stir, cover and cook on High for 3 minutes.  
2- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix pecans with brown sugar and ½ tablespoon cinnamon powder and stir well.  
3- Divide pumpkin oatmeal into 2 bowls,spread some of the pecans topping and serve.
