Fish Soup



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 pound white fish fillets, boneless, skinless and cubed  
1 carrot, chopped  
1 cup bacon, chopped  
4 cups chicken stock  
2 cups heavy cream  

Directions:
1- In your pressure cooker, mix fish with carrot, bacon and stock, stir, cover and cook on High for 5 minutes.  
2- Add heavy cream, stir, set the cooker on sauté mode, cook for 3 minutes more, ladle into bowls and serve.
