Pancake



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
2 cups white flour  
2 eggs  
1 and ½ cups milk  
2 tablespoons sugar  
2 and ½ teaspoons baking powder  

Directions:
1- In a bowl, mix flour with eggs, milk,sugar and baking powder and whisk really well.  
2- Add this to your pressure cooker, spread, cover and cook on Manual for 45 minutes.  
3- Leave your pancake to cool down, slice, divide between plates and serve.
