grilled salmon Rich in vitamins




Grilled salmon recipe for a dinner party. The original recipe uses brown sugar, orange flavor, salt, onion, garlic and basil flavor rich in vitamins. You will discover a completely different recipe

Ingredients:

½ kg salmon
1/8 c brown sugar
Salt 1T
A flavor of 2 lemons

How to prepare:

Salmon rub with mix sugar/salt/zest mix, cover and cook for 2-3 hours, side the skin up
1/4 c lemon juice

A quarter of the fish sauce

 c fresh minced mint


1T soy sauce (or usukuchi)

1t brown sugar

Mix the ingredients together and leave while roasting.

1 large onion, cut into thick slices

1T minced garlic

1 lemon or 2 seeds, sliced   1/8

Half c leek slices (or onions)

A good bed of coal. Instead of a plate of rice, put the salmon on top of the diced chopped onion. It keeps the fish from burning, adds flavor, and helps to evaporate the fish.

Place the onion slices on the grill in the form of fillet slices. Place the salmon slices on top, the side of the skin down. You will not tip it. Cover the salmon with chopped garlic, lemon or lime, then cover the leeks. Once again, lock in moisture to help steam the fish through.

Close the grill and let the salmon cook until the internal temperature is 125 degrees. 10-15 minutes depending on your fillet thickness.

Remove the fish from the grill. I also took lemon slices and put them on the grill to use as an additional ingredient. Lemon/mint sauce is poured all over the top of the salmon. To make it even better, with hot pepper oil and crunchy garlic.

The side I made was my favorite of the "cabin potato" remaining from the night before.

Cabin potatoes

3 large potatoes from Yukon, cubed

1/2 onion, cut into half-moons

Half a grain of butter, cut into slices

salt




Put it all in the grill paper until it is tender. Mix, add an egg, form in pancakes and fry in olive oil until it is crunchy.

Moreover with lemon/mint sauce and crunchy garlic too
